This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena del Duca is produced with Lambrusco, Trebbiano and Ancellotta grapes, grown exclusively in the province of Modena, matured in oak’s wooden barrels and prepared according to traditional production technique. Typical fruity, unique flavour and charm, no added colouring agents or preservatives ,gluten free: all of these are the qualities of a really new product, strongly attached to the land of origin.
