Quality Accreditation


On August 31, 2009, only one month after Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained the “Protected Geographical Indication” recognition, Aceto Balsamico del Duca registered and certified its activity of production and bottling of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, according to DPC030 and the requirements of Reg. CE N. 583/2009, guaranteed by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Politics.
