PDO Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
This is top-of-the-range Aceto Balsamico del Duca, obtained using the so-called “traditional” method of production. It comes exclusively in 100ml bottles designed by Giugiaro, which are the same for all producers. The exclusive 12 years minimum ageing of this vinegar makes it exquisite poured over ice-cream, strawberries and Parmigiano Reggiano. The packaging is available both with or without an elegant tasting spoon.
