NY Strips marinated with Balsamico

½ cup of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

2 NY Strip Steaks

Extra-virgin Olive oil



Worchester sauce



Mix in a bowl the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with 2 teaspoons of Extra-virgin Olive oil, Worchester sauce salt, and pepper.

When the marinating is ready, place it in a closable plastic bag with the steaks, put all in the refrigerator and let set for minimum 2 hours.

Remove the steaks from refrigerator and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Get the grill ready to medium high heat and grill each side for 3-5 minutes, for medium rare.

Remove from grill and let sit for 2-3 minutes to let juices set then serve.
