Aceto Balsamico del Duca guarantees a unique product thanks to:logocabm

– the use of cooked grape must produced in the area of origin and coming from the following grapes: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, Montuni and high-quality Italian wine vinegar;

-production and bottling in the province of Modena (area of origin);

-use of raw materials from non-genetically modified grapes (no GMO).

A product with low presence of sulfites (natural) and gluten free is, therefore, obtained.
