Seared scallops with grapefruit supreme, watercress and Pearls “del Duca”


3 scallops

1 pink grapefruit

1 orange

A few sprigs of watercress

Pearls with Balsamico “del Duca”



Black pepper

Dijon mustard



Wash and watercress. In a bowl arrange half pink grapefruit and the orange. Unite ginger, salt, pepper, and mustard and mix them all. Pour the mixture into a saucepan on low fire and, as soon as it begins to simmer, add the scallops. Cook the scallops for a couple of minutes for side.

In a dish, of course, put the watercress, the half pink grapefruit cut in pieces and the scallops with the fund of cooking.

Garnish with watercress sprigs, the Balsamic Pearls “del Duca” and serve.
