Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena represents the excellence of our land. A unique seasoning flavor, perfectly balanced between sweet and sour, with a pleasant and harmonic acidity, a nice full-body taste, a distinctive and unforgettable aroma: a unique experience!

It is recommended to be used in drops with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, strawberries, on ice cream or alone as a digestive after a meal.

It is available in two qualities: “Bordeaux Cap” (aged over 12 years) and “Gold Cap” (aged over 25 years) in the exclusive 100ml bottle designed by Giugiaro, as required by the production Regulation.

It is now proposed in a Luxury packaging: a fine case with a 24 karats gold leaf label (Extra-aged) or pure pewter label (12 years aged), that includes also a practical dripless pour spout and an explanatory booklet that describes the history, the production and the use of this product.
