Description

Soft cream with delicate onion in small pieces, with an intense and pleasant flavour.
It is obtained from a few simple ingredients: organic onion, brown sugar and organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP; the result is an amazing taste rich in sweet and sour notes.
Low temperature cooking keeps the mineral salts and vitamins unchanged, for a healthy and natural product, without pectin, artificial flavours and colourings. The jam is gluten-free.
