The organic pear jam is made with fresh Williams Pears PGI coming from organic agriculture, cane sugar, and organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The pear is a fruit rich in fibres, and simple sugars (fructose), with a high content of potassium, vitamin C, and mineral salts. It has a great digestibility, and it develops a diuretic and refreshing action.
The low-temperature cooking process preserves mineral salts and vitamins naturally present in raw materials. It is a healthy and natural product without pectin, artificial colourings and flavourings, and it does not contain gluten.
