Description

The organic fig jam is made with fruit coming from organic agriculture, cane sugar, and organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

The fig has a very important nutritional value: it is rich in vitamins and it has an elevated content of mineral salts and fibres. It is refreshing, and depurative.

In the jam, the low-temperature cooking process preserves mineral salts and vitamins naturally present in raw materials.

It is a healthy and natural product without pectin, artificial colourings and flavourings, and it does not contain gluten.

The sugary taste keeps a defined scent of the ripe fruit.
